Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on win4u. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that the registration details they provide are accurate, complete, and up to date.
The full name, phone number, and financial details provided during registration must match the user's actual identity. win4u reserves the right to request proof of identity (such as a national ID or passport) at any time for account verification purposes.
Your account password is your sole responsibility. You are not permitted to share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify win4u customer support immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the win4u platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Any attempt to use automated software, bots, scripts, or systems designed to exploit the betting platform is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
Users are not permitted to:
- Transferring account funds to third parties without prior written authorisation from win4u.

All transactions on the win4u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid and registered in their own name. win4u does not accept deposits or withdrawals through third parties without specific written authorisation.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified by the chosen payment method. For withdrawals, users must complete identity verification before the request is processed. win4u reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected or bonus requirements have not been met.
Users acknowledge that all confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed. win4u is not liable for any losses resulting from errors or misunderstandings made by the user when placing bets. Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.
Transactions confirmed as fraudulent will result in account closure and recovery of the relevant funds. win4u complies with anti-money laundering guidelines and reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without notifying the user.

Account Suspension & Closure
Win4u reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or upon the user's own request. Account suspension may be temporary (while an investigation is ongoing) or permanent, at win4u's discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to recover any withheld balance, subject to our final decision.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting win4u customer support. All valid balances will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, provided no related terms have been violated.
Changes to Terms
Win4u reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
